Opened in 1999, our firm has and continues to represent Northern Colorado Businesses by handling all of their accounting needs. Our goal is to develop a relationship with our clients, working in partnership to help them succeed. With unlimited consultations, we always make ourselves available to meet with clients and help them navigate the challenges of business ownership. Not only do we provide full accounting services, we also provide peace of mind for owners. We stand behind our work and assist in keeping owners informed of the financial working of their businesses.
Do you charge an hourly fee?
Unlike most accounting firms, we do not charge an hourly fee to our clients. Our clients pay one low monthly fee, and in return, they receive all accounting and bookkeeping services, full tax planning and preparation both business and personal, monthly statements, payroll services, and unlimited support. Clients need not be afraid to call or meet with our experts for fear of additional charges. All is included and we are NEVER too busy to help our patrons.
Do you have any packages just for tax services or one-off care, particularly for new businesses?
We do not have a one-off consult or tax only offering because we care more about your business’ long-term financial health. We believe you deserve the security of knowing you can ask any question that arises at any time.
We have found that – especially with a newly formed small business – there are many questions and issues that come up. And many of these new business owners do not initially know all the questions they’ll need to ask.
Alternatively, we don’t want our clients to be stuck in the situation of doubting their own questions. We’ve had many clients who came from a previous CPA where they were always wondering “is this question worth me calling for the professional fees charged.” Sometimes this means important questions were never asked, asked too late, or delayed because of cost. That could lead to holes in service and build up frustrations about whether they were actually getting the quality service they paid for.
On a monthly service, we are able to identify areas that may need to be covered and answer any questions that you may have as they come up. In addition, we are able to partner with you in real time as to your accounting needs and do this at an upfront known affordable monthly rate.
